This was such an intensely good read. One day a book from you would be amazing. Your combination of humanity and dexterity in writing---so many sentences were so RICH and arresting---is a very rare, polished thing. Thank you so much :)
Last night, i sat around a dinner table & we discussed the gospel according to Roro. It was an endless babble of affection as everyone revelled in your genius. Where would we be without Roro? I do not care to find out.
was procrastinating to read this since i got the notification and, unknowingly about the subject, remembered it and started reading it drunk in my uber back home... life changing...
this was excellent, truly finding the stubbornly human in sanitized late capitalism. it remind me of a relationship I had with my ex boss when I worked at this store. all this stuff I had consumed online about "protecting my boundaries" in a work environment, almost made me turn away from this complicated and profound relationship I had with him that transgressed "boss" and "worker" boundary lines. in a strange way we shared something that felt close to love, and I was forever changed by it.
in some ways i feel the only transcendence from capitalism, is through the parts that will always escape it. something deeply human, the pervasiveness of the human soul or spirit against all odds, something radiating and present and alive. something that cannot be eaten.

the only way to prevent against this spiralling sterilisation of life is to fully succumb to all experience!
